The theory
This is just a fun gimmicky build idea I had, it is not optimal whatsoever but I figured I'd share it.
The entire point of the build is Fire Hoop. On use, it spawns, you guessed it, a fire hoop in the air. Passing through this hoop triggers an explosion and gives you another Fire Hoop charge.
So basically, you just use your secondary, turn around, use your secondary, turn around, and so on (NOTE: you do have to aim at the hoop, but it's pretty forgiving). This allows you to use Fire Hoop infinitely, stacking Amplification, and constantly shooting fireworks everywhere.
Other than that, Nova Blast is for hitting distant targets, then I made Plasma the main element for general utility and switched Nova Blast and Fire Hoop to Pyro for flavor and to get healing from Watch Them Burn. And finally, Recycling is just there as a failsafe so you (basically) always have a secondary charge even if you miss the hoop.
You can completely ignore the modules, I did them purely for aesthetics. I've also done barely any testing on this build. Like I said, it's entirely just a fun gimmick (or Gilick. A Gimmick Gilick, if you will).
